Le Chuck's Bait Shoppe was originally named Chuck's Bait Shop before the apocalypse. It was known for it's down-to-earth owner, Chuck. He provided the locals with reasonably priced goods ranging from bait and tackle to canned goods and lighter fluid. The store was clean and the staff friendly. When the apocalypse arrived the store's amiable owner, Chuck, caught the plague and died. The store was abandoned, then ravaged, then eventually a wandering lunatic found it and kept if for himself. He wore a French General's Hat and kept a saber at his side at all times. After he discovered the store's sign still in tact, he went to work redesigning himself and the store in a more satisfactory fashion. He became Le Chuck and the store became Le Chuck's Bait Shoppe. Now he sells "fine" goods (and partakes in other shady activities). He is still a lunatic and shouldn't be trusted if found inside of store.
